Founder and CEO
Venkat has more than 20 years of experience in business development and embedded solutions. He started his career as a software sales executive. After working for various companies, including Aspire Systems and e-con Systems, he moved up to become the research and development (R&D) director at Kaynes Technology and director of business development at Inforce Computing. He has worked on projects across the globe, especially in the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. He is also one of the mentors of Atal Incubation Centre – Pondicherry Engineering College Foundation (AIC-PECF), Pondicherry.
He is an expert in embedded products, embedded hardware and software design services, CMOS camera solutions, industrial control devices, automotive embedded, medical devices, and wireless/vision surveillance solutions.
With his rich experience in engineering and exposure to international markets, he co-founded Lemondrop Embedded Solutions to help companies simplify their product evaluation, improve their engineering design, and benefit from the right consulting services to have them succeed in the market. Venkat earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), international business from Sikkim Manipal University.
Co-Founder & Vice President – Finance
Nithya is a commerce graduate with an MBA in finance. She has experience in managing businesses of companies located in different parts of Europe and the United States. Her work experience includes setting up financial goals, planning and implementing budgets, and negotiating with vendors. As the vice president of finance at Lemondrop Embedded, she plans and oversees annual budgets, financial approvals, and operational improvements.
