General Warranty
Lemondrop Embedded warrants this hardware product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use condition for 60 days (SIXTY) from the date of purchase, when used within the limits set forth in the Specification sheet of the Product. LDE agrees under this warranty, to repair or replace the defective part with a new or refurbished product at no additional charge. Customers are expected to manage one-way shipping and it will be their responsibility to manage the shipment (including all associated charges) to get it delivered without damage at our office/Factory. Once the repair/replacement is ready, it will be shipped on LDE’s shipment account. Customer should write to LDE with the issue details to RMA@lemondroptech.com and LDE will reply upon reviewing your concern with the RMA procedures to follow. Customers can ship the product with the required details that LDE will list in the email reply.
Warranty Exclusion
Defects or damages due to improper maintenance, breakage, abuse, alteration or modification, damage to improper power supply. Damages or board burnt caused by power fluctuations or improper input power. Damages and corrosion due to spilling of food/liquids or any other material. If you suspect the product is being defective during the warranty period, please email to our Technical Support system at techsupport@lemondroptech.com with test reports, evidences and images. LDE does not cover any warranty for the 3rd party viewing software and any other 3rd party software. LDE does not provide any software for the product evaluation.
Limited Liability
In no event shall LDE’s liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, 3rd party software, or documents. LDE makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to its products or the contents or use of this documentation and all accompanying software, and specifically disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any PARTICULAR purpose. LDE reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, or documentation time-to-time without an obligation to notify any party.
Being a customer, you accept & acknowledge that the products supplied to you and the related documents are only for evaluation/reference purposes and you will exercise your own independent analysis and judgment to make use of the details. LDE assumes no liability for your use of these materials or your product designs or any applications assistance provided by LDE.
Except where this exclusion or restriction of liability would be void or ineffective under applicable statute or regulation, in no event shall LDE be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if LDE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall LDE liable under this agreement exceed the amount paid by you for the software giving rise to the claim. In case where no amount was paid, LDE shall have no liability for any damages whatsoever.
